Section 14.6. Time Limits. 48 The time limits provided in this Article shall be strictly observed unless extended by written agreement 1 of the parties. In the event a grievance is filed after May 15th of any year, the Board shall use its best 2 efforts to process such grievance prior to the end of the school term or as soon thereafter as possible.

  • Time Limits Since it is important that grievances be processed as rapidly as possible, the number of days indicated at each level should be considered as a maximum and every effort should be made to expedite the process. The time limits specified may, however, be extended by mutual agreement.
