Common use of Section 12.6.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 12.6.2. 14 In applying for new or open positions, the selected employee will be given a thirty (30) 15 workday trial period. If the position proves unsatisfactory to the employee or the supervisor 16 determines the employee incapable of performing the job, the employee or supervisor may 18 former position two (2) times in any school year.
