Common use of SECTION 1010 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1010. 44 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8 if they do not comply 45 with the requirements of Section 10.9, or if they do not respond to the offer of reemployment within 46 fifteen (15) days.
