Secondment/Special Projects. (a) A nurse who is seconded to a bipartite or tripartite committee/position involving the Health Sector or the Broader Public Sector shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to five (5) years. There shall be no loss of seniority or service during such leave. Subject to the agreement of the agency to which the nurse is seconded, the nurse's salary and applicable benefits may be maintained by the Employer and where such agreement to maintain the nurse's salary is in effect, the Employer shall be reimbursed for the full cost of salary and applicable benefits by the agency to which the nurse is seconded. The nurse agrees to notify the Employer of her intention to return to work at least three (3) months prior to the date of such return where possible. Before the secondment is approved, there shall be agreement on the conditions of the nurse's return to work.

There shall be no loss of seniority or service of such leave. Salary and applicable benefit arrangements will be maintained by the Employer. The Employer shall be reimbursed for the full cost of salary and applicable benefits by the Association or by the agency to which the nurse is seconded. The nurse agrees to notify the Employer of her intention to return to work at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of such return.

  • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. Items Offered as New. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”).
