Secondment/Special Projects Sample Clauses

The Secondment/Special Projects clause outlines the terms under which an employee may be temporarily assigned to a different role, department, or location, or engaged in a specific project outside their usual duties. This clause typically specifies the duration of the assignment, reporting lines, compensation adjustments, and any changes to benefits or responsibilities during the period. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for temporary assignments, ensuring both the employer and employee understand their rights and obligations, and to facilitate flexibility in workforce management without ambiguity.
