Second Occasion Clause Samples
The 'Second Occasion' clause defines a specific event or set of circumstances that occurs after an initial, related event has already taken place under the contract. In practice, this clause is often used to trigger certain rights, obligations, or remedies only if a similar issue or breach happens for a second time, such as a repeated failure to meet deadlines or recurring non-compliance. Its core function is to provide a structured response to repeated issues, ensuring that parties have clear expectations about the consequences of repeated conduct and allowing for escalated remedies or actions if problems persist.
