Common use of Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment. The Agent shall have received a duly executed copy of this Second Amendment signed by the Borrower, the Agent and the Required Lenders.

Second Amendment. The Receipt by the Administrative Agent shall have received of a duly executed copy of this Second Amendment signed duly executed by each of the Borrower, the Agent Credit Parties and the Required Lenders.
