Common use of Second Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment Effective Date. This Second Amendment shall become effective (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”) when the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Second Amendment, which collectively shall have been duly executed on behalf of each of the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.

Second Amendment Effective Date. This Second Amendment shall become be effective as of the date (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”) when the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts each of the following: (a) A copy of this Second Amendment, which collectively shall have been Amendment duly executed on behalf of each of by the Borrower, the GuarantorsParent and Lenders constituting not less than the Required Lenders under the Credit Agreement; and (b) Such other documents, instruments, agreements, corporate authorizations and opinions of legal counsel as the Administrative Agent and or the Required LendersLenders may reasonably request.
