SEC Reports and Registration Statements. Promptly upon transmission thereof or other filing with the SEC, copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly or current reports that the Parent or Lessee or any of the Subsidiaries files with the SEC, and promptly upon transmission thereof, each proxy statement, annual report, certificate, notice or other document sent by the Parent or Lessee to the holders of any of its securities (or any trustee under any indenture which secures any of its securities or pursuant to which such securities are issued).
