Common use of SEC Reports and Registration Statements Clause in Contracts

SEC Reports and Registration Statements. Promptly after filing with the SEC, copies of all annual, quarterly or current reports that Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries files with the SEC on Forms 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K (or any successor forms), provided that the notification by Holdings of the electronic filing of any of the foregoing reports with the SEC shall satisfy the requirements of this clause (h) (without, however, affecting the Company’s obligations under Sections 6.01(a) and (b) above).
