Portability (a) Employees are able to maintain their participation in the scheme should they transfer their employment between Catholic schools or to the Catholic Education Office. (b) The employee is obliged to notify the principal prior to appointment of their participation in the Deferred Salary Scheme and the date that leave is due to be taken. (c) Participation in the Deferred Salary Scheme shall not impede an application for employment in a Catholic school.

When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process. ▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Protection In accordance with the requirements of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4001), the Subrecipient shall assure that for activities located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as having special flood hazards, flood insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program is obtained and maintained as a condition of financial assistance for acquisition or construction purposes (including rehabilitation).
OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
