Seasonal Monitors. 9.5.1 The Parties agree to review and further consider the potential for establishing a seasonal monitors program for NWAs and MBSs at the sixth annual review scheduled under Part 15.4 of this IIBA. If they deem it appropriate, the Parties may establish such a program in future amendments or renegotiations of this IIBA.
