Search to Determine Economic Interests. Regardless of whether Sub-recipient is designated as an FPPC Filer, Sub-recipient warrants and represents that Sub-recipient has diligently conducted a search and inventory of Sub-recipient's economic interests, as the term is used in the regulations promulgated by the Fair Political Practices Commission, and has determined that Sub-recipient does not, to the best of Sub-recipient’s knowledge, have an economic interest which would conflict with Sub-recipient’s duties under this contract.
