Sealing and Marking of Applications. 2.13.1 The Applicant shall submit the Application in the format specified at Appendix-I, together with the documents specified in Clause 2.13.2, and seal it in an envelope and mark the envelope as “APPLICATION”. The Applicant shall seal the original and the copy of the Application, together with their respective enclosures, in separate envelopes duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope which shall also be marked in accordance with Clauses 2.13.2 and 2.13.3.
