Common use of SEALED BIDS Clause in Contracts

SEALED BIDS. A sealed bid is a completed bid that is submitted in a sealed and unopened container clearly marked with the Bid Title and Number. One electronic copy of the bid submission as well as any other required documentation must be turned in for the bid to be considered for award. Electronic copies shall be submitted on a labeled USB flash drive. Sealed bids should be sent to the attention of FSA Cooperative Purchasing Program Coordinator, Florida Sheriffs Association, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Tallahassee, FL 32308. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
