SCSB. The Board of Directors of SCSB following the Effective Time, until such time as their respective successors have been elected and qualified, shall consist of those persons who are serving as directors of Blue River immediately prior to the Effective Time. The officers of SCSB serving immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of SCSB following the Effective Time until the Board of Directors of SCSB shall elect new or successor officers.
