Screening Stage Clause Samples

The Screening Stage clause establishes an initial phase in a process where applications, proposals, or candidates are reviewed to determine if they meet basic eligibility or qualification criteria. During this stage, submissions are typically assessed against predefined requirements, such as minimum experience, compliance with submission guidelines, or essential documentation. Its core practical function is to efficiently filter out unqualified or incomplete entries early on, ensuring that only suitable candidates or proposals proceed to more detailed evaluation stages, thereby saving time and resources.
