Scopes. 3.1.1 HNS shall realize the works as set out in Annex B (HNS Scope) hereto (the "HNS Scope"). 3.1.2 Connected Party shall for its own risk and account realize the works as set out in Annex C (Connected Party Scope) hereto (the "Connected Party Scope"). 3.1.3 The realisation of the HNS Scope and the Connected Party Scope will together be the project (the "Project").
