Common use of SCOPE & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

SCOPE & PURPOSE. 2.1. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all our Services and offers of Services, notwithstanding contradictory provisions appearing on order bills or other documents sent out or otherwise used by the Client which are hereby explicitly rejected. 2.2. By ordering, the Client expressly recognizes that he has knowledge of and that he accepts the present General Terms and Conditions unconditionally, including our specific terms and conditions applicable to the relevant services ordered. In case of contradiction, the specific terms and conditions shall prevail.
