SCOPE OF THE CLINICAL PLACEMENT. Neither University nor Clinical Facility will incur any financial obligation to the other as a result of this Agreement. University and Clinical Facility acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for all patient care remains with Clinical Facility and students will not provide services apart from its educational value.
