Common use of Scope of Services and Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Scope of Services and Additional Services. SERVICE PROVIDER or its ----------------------------------------- Affiliates will furnish to SER the services described in Exhibit A to this --------- Agreement. The services described in Exhibit A, as it may be amended from time --------- to time by the mutual written agreement of the Parties, will be referred to as the "Services." Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the Services will only be provided with respect to software and hardware systems operated by SERVICE PROVIDER outside the United States and will only be provided in connection with the Non-US Business.
