Scope of Services and Additional Services. The Consultant will perform only the services specifically described in this Agreement. If requested by the Client and agreed to by the Consultant, the Consultant will perform Additional Services, which shall be governed by these provisions. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Client shall pay the Consultant for any Additional Services an amount based upon the Consultant’s then-current hourly rates plus an amount to cover certain direct expenses including telecommunications, in-house reproduction, postage, supplies, project related computer time, and local mileage. Other direct expenses will be billed at 1.15 times cost.

SERVICE PROVIDER or its ----------------------------------------- Affiliates will furnish to SER the services described in Exhibit A to this --------- Agreement. The services described in Exhibit A, as it may be amended from time --------- to time by the mutual written agreement of the Parties, will be referred to as the "Services." Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the Services will only be provided with respect to software and hardware systems operated by SERVICE PROVIDER outside the United States and will only be provided in connection with the Non-US Business.
Scope of Services and Additional Services. (a) Service Provider or its Affiliates shall furnish to the Company the services designated on Attachment A (as such Attachment A may be amended or supplemented pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the “Services Attachment”) and such additional services as set forth herein (collectively, the “Services”) for the respective periods and for the respective consideration set forth in this Agreement and on the Services Attachment.
Scope of Services and Additional Services. The Scope of Services is presented in Attachment 2 to this Agreement. The Engineer shall supply such additional services as requested by the Client in connection with the Project and for which the Engineer is qualified but which are not otherwise included in this Agreement. Separate proposals shall be submitted by the Engineer for furnishing these services. Compensation for such additional services shall be negotiated by the parties and included in this Agreement by Amendment.

However, if requested by the Client and agreed to by the Consultant, the Consultant will perform Additional Services, which shall be governed by these provisions. Scope of Services and Additional Services. Service Provider or its Affiliates shall furnish to Buyer the services described in Exhibits A through F at the costs described in Exhibits. A through F, which costs shall be paid by Buyer in accordance with the payment terms described in Exhibit Z. The services described in Exhibits A through F, as they may be amended from time to time upon mutual agreement by the Parties, together with any additional services added to this agreement pursuant to Section 3(b), shall be referred to as the “Services” (each group of activities listed on an individual Exhibit is a “Service”). Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties the Services will only be provided in connection with the operations related to the Assets.
