Common use of Scope of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Scope of Obligation. Seller’s obligation to maintain the confidentiality of all information, data, findings, communications, conclusions and reports regarding the environmental condition of the Company-Owned Site, include but are not limited to Seller’s officers, employees, agents, attorneys, environmental consultants and contractors. Seller’s obligation to maintain the confidentiality of all information, data, findings, communications, conclusions and reports regarding the environmental condition of the Company-Owned Site, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
