Common use of Scope of Applicability Clause in Contracts

Scope of Applicability. This Third Party Website Service Annex shall supplement and amend clauses 2 to 13, in the context of and only to the extent that Licensees are permitted to provide the Information via a Third Party Website for dissemination to a Subscriber, but not otherwise. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the paragraphs contained in this Third Party Website Service Annex and clauses 2 to 13, the paragraphs contained in this Third Party Website Service Annex shall prevail.
