Common use of Scope of Applicability Clause in Contracts

Scope of Applicability. This Basic Market Prices Service Annex shall supplement and amend clauses 2 to 13, in the context of and only to the extent that Licensees are permitted to use the Basic Information for provision of the Basic Market Prices Service according to the terms set out in this Annex. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the paragraphs contained in this Basic Market Prices Service Annex and clauses 2 to 13 in relation to the use of the Basic Information for provision of the Basic Market Prices Service, the paragraphs contained in this Basic Market Prices Service Annex shall prevail.
