Deliveries of gas hereunder are subject to total or partial curtailment or interruption by Seller pursuant to operating procedures as are now, or may hereafter be, prescribed by the Commission. Buyer hereby expressly acknowledges that Seller shall not be liable in damages for, or on account of, any curtailment or interruption of deliveries where such curtailment or interruption is the result of, or pursuant to, operating procedures by the Commission directing curtailment or interruption of service.
