Common use of Scope of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Scope of Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, and if Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in Control, Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunder); provided, however, that any termination of Executive’s employment during the Termination Period shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, and if Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in of Control, Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunderif such termination is pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 1(e) or the last paragraph of Section 1(j) hereof)); provided, however, that any termination of Executive’s employment during the Termination Period shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.

Scope of Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle the Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiariessubsidiaries and, and subject to Section 2 hereof, if the Executive’s 's employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in Control, then the Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunder)Agreement; provided, however, that any termination of the Executive’s 's employment during the Termination Period following a Change in Control shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
