The Company acknowledges that it is acting and designated as a “school official” or “official of the school” with a “legitimate educational interest” in the School District Data as those terms are used in FERPA, ISSRA, and SOPPA (a “School Official”). The Company agrees to abide by the limitations and requirements applicable to a School Official. The Company agrees it is performing an institutional service or function for which the school would otherwise use employees and is under the direct control of the school with respect to the use and maintenance of the School District Data.
