Common use of School Improvement Programs Clause in Contracts

School Improvement Programs. The Board and Association encourage and support the concept of continued school improvement efforts designated to assist the school district in reaching its mission. Any outcomes from school improvement efforts that call for changes in any of the provisions of this contract or affect wages, hours, terms or conditions of employment must be agreed to by both the Board and Association except as prohibited by the Public Employment Relations Act.

None of the foregoing shall be interpreted as prohibited a waiver of any rights by the Public Employment Relations ActAssociation or any bargaining unit member or the Board of Education or any of its agents.
