Common use of School District Data Clause in Contracts

School District Data. Except as provided otherwise in Paragraph 11.4, the School District Data shall include any and all of the following, whether in electronic, microfilm, microfiche, video, paper, or other form, and any copies or reproductions thereof: (a) financial data, records, and information related to the Project; and (b) any Data provided by the School District to the Architectural Designer in connection with the Services provided by the Architectural Designer; and (c) any and all other records, documents, computer software (whether owned by the School District or licensed or otherwise furnished to the School District by third parties), and data furnished by the School District to the Architectural Designer in relation to the Services required under this Contract; and (d) all records, documents, data, information, programs, and items of Services created by the Architectural Designer for the School District as part of the Services required under this Contract.

School District Data. Except as provided otherwise in Paragraph 11.4, the School District Data shall include any and all of the following, whether in electronic, microfilm, microfiche, video, paper, or other form, and any copies or reproductions thereof: (a) financial data, records, and information related to the Project; and (b) any Data provided by the School District to the Architectural Designer MEP Engineer in connection with the Services provided by the Architectural DesignerMEP Engineer; and (c) any and all other records, documents, computer software (whether owned by the School District or licensed or otherwise furnished to the School District by third parties), and data furnished by the School District to the Architectural Designer MEP Engineer in relation to the Services required under this Contract; and (d) all records, documents, data, information, programs, and items of Services created by the Architectural Designer MEP Engineer for the School District as part of the Services required under this Contract.

School District Data. Except as provided otherwise in Paragraph 11.4, the School District Data shall include any and all of the following, whether in electronic, microfilm, microfiche, video, paper, or other form, and any copies or reproductions thereof: (a) financial data, records, and information related to the Projectassigned Project(s); and (b) any Data provided by the School District to the Architectural Roofing Designer in connection with the Services provided by the Architectural Roofing Designer; and (c) any and all other records, documents, computer software (whether owned by the School District or licensed or otherwise furnished to the School District by third parties), and data furnished by the School District to the Architectural Roofing Designer in relation to the Services required under this Contract; and (d) all records, documents, data, information, programs, and items of Services created by the Architectural Roofing Designer for the School District as part of the Services required under this Contract.
