Site Code Clause Samples

The Site Code clause defines a specific identifier or set of rules used to designate a particular location relevant to the agreement. In practice, this clause assigns a unique code to each site involved, which may be referenced in schedules, reports, or communications to avoid ambiguity. Its core function is to ensure clarity and precision when referring to different locations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or errors related to site identification.
Site Code. The Charter School shall contact the Facilities Services Division to obtain site approval as soon as practicable. Failure to provide at least a six (6) months’ notice to the Facilities Services Division prior to student occupation of the site or facility may delay the date that students can start occupying the site or facility. Once site approval has been granted, the Facilities Services Division will issue the Charter School a site code. Except as approved in writing by the SCSC Executive Director, the Charter School shall not commit to any certificate of lease or ownership, commence any construction, nor allow student occupation prior to receiving the site code.
