SCHEME INFORMATION. The CWC Circular contains all the material terms of the Scheme and the information contained in the CWC Circular relating to the Group (other than the Target Group) and the Scheme and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the CWC ConsumerCo Business is true, complete and accurate in all material respects on its date of despatch. An office copy of the order of the court sanctioning the Scheme under Section 425 was filed with the Registrar of Companies for registration pursuant to sub-section 3 of Section 425 on 12 May 2000.
SCHEME INFORMATION. 9.4.1 LGSS acknowledges that the Scheme Information is, and will become and remain, the property of the Administering Authority.
9.4.2 LGSS shall on reasonable notice provide the Administering Authority or their appointed agents with access to the Scheme Information held by LGSS.
SCHEME INFORMATION. You acknowledge that we may obtain from and disclose to any person who is a Card Issuer or who is involved in any Scheme, information about you for any purpose relating to the operation of the Scheme. Our rights under this clause continue despite termination. You authorise us to obtain from any Scheme, information relating to facilities you obtained or are obtaining from other suppliers. We use this information (including personal information about you), including information about you collected from third parties, for any one or more of the following purposes:
a. to assess and process your application for facilities we supply under this Agreement;
b. to administer and manage the facilities we supply under this Agreement; and
c. to facilitate our internal business operations, including fulfilling any legal requirements and systems maintenance and testing.
