Common use of SCHEME INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

SCHEME INFORMATION. You acknowledge that we may obtain from and disclose to any person who is a Card Issuer or who is involved in any Scheme, information about you for any purpose relating to the operation of the Scheme. Our rights under this clause continue despite termination. You authorise us to obtain from any Scheme, information relating to facilities you obtained or are obtaining from other suppliers. We use this information (including personal information about you), including information about you collected from third parties, for any one or more of the following purposes: a. to assess and process your application for facilities we supply under this Agreement; b. to administer and manage the facilities we supply under this Agreement; and c. to facilitate our internal business operations, including fulfilling any legal requirements and systems maintenance and testing.
