Common use of Scheme Completion Clause in Contracts

Scheme Completion. ‌ If the Scheme Supervisors resolve (and notify SchemeCo of that resolution) that: 7.1.1 they are satisfied that the Scheme has been properly implemented in accordance with its terms; 7.1.2 all Scheme Claims have been determined and/or adjudicated (as applicable) in accordance with Clause 3.5 and Clause 3.6; and 7.1.3 all Ascertained Scheme Claims have been paid in accordance with Clause 4.1, SchemeCo shall promptly publish a notice on the Website confirming that the Scheme has been fully implemented in accordance with its terms.
