Schematic Documents. 4.5.1 Schematic design builds upon the Design-Builder's proposal concept as modified by City changes made. A schematic design represents all major design features and demonstrates attainment of all performance requirements. Preliminary scaled plans, elevations, sections and perspectives are required to show all major building features/systems, their orientation/configuration and how each impacts/fit into the total design. Detailed notation, equipment schedules, and assembly details are not expected. Draft construction specifications shall also be provided along with those calculations which determine system selection, overall performance and capacity. The following summary listing of submission requirements further identifies drawings, calculation and specification requirements.
