Common use of Schematic Documents Clause in Contracts

Schematic Documents. Schematic documents must represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. All such documents must be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design solution. At the Department’s direction, the schematic documents may include but not be limited to drawing cover sheet, site plans, floor plans, elevations, building systems analysis and narratives, listing of required or possible permits and approvals, sustainable opportunities narrative, updated Project Schedule, and Statement of Probable Construction Cost.
