SCHEDULING SUBMISSIONS. The Professional must undertake to obtain all approvals in a timely manner to permit the Services to continue on schedule.
SCHEDULING SUBMISSIONS. At no later than the schematic design submission, the Professional shall prepare and submit to the Department a detailed design schedule broken down by Project stage and including all design, permitting, review, submissions, estimated construction period, and other relevant tasks that affect the overall completion date of the Project. The schedule must include adequate time for Department reviews as directed by the Department, the Professional’s response to review comments, and anticipated permit review periods. The Professional shall update the schedule at each stage’s submission or as otherwise directed by the Department. The Professional shall immediately notify the Department in writing of events that affect the Professional’s ability to meet the schedule.

  • FINAL BILLING SUBMISSION Unless otherwise provided by the System Agency, Grantee shall submit a reimbursement or payment request as a final close-out invoice not later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the term of the Contract. Reimbursement or payment requests received after the deadline may not be paid.

  • Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. [Insert the split/sharing of shift numbers here] Similarly, the employee will submit all requests for time off including vacation to the designated employer in accordance with the collective agreement. ii) Posted schedules will include home identification. An employee will only be scheduled in one home per shift. iii) Overtime payment and other premiums will be in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer. iv) Weekends off, consecutive work days and all other scheduling provisions will be in accordance with the collective agreement at the designated employer.
