Common use of Scheduling Provision Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Provision. An employee required to work overtime beyond their scheduled hours of work shall be entitled to twelve (12) hours clear between the end of the overtime and the start of their next work day. If twelve (12) hours are not provided, they shall be paid at overtime rates for the following day.
