Common use of Scheduling of Term Employee Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Scheduling of Term Employee Appraisals. (i) All Term Employees shall be appraised within the first semester or quarter of employment at the College. A second Appraisal shall be completed within the second or third semester for Employees on the semester system and within the second to fourth quarter for Employees on the quarter system. A third Appraisal may be conducted prior to completion of four (4) semesters or six (6) quarters of employment.
