Common use of Scheduling of District Property Clause in Contracts

Scheduling of District Property. [Option One: The City will be responsible for scheduling third party use of District Property.] The City shall be responsible for scheduling third party use of District Property using the priorities established in section 4(a)(iii). The use of District facilities shall be in accordance with the most recent regular procedures of the District for granting permits for the use of school facilities, as set forth in the District’s policy , attached hereto as Attachment C and incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, or as otherwise provided by this Agreement.

The use of District facilities shall be in accordance with the most recent regular procedures of the District for granting permits for the use of school facilities, as set forth in the District’s policy KG-R, attached hereto as Attachment C A-D and incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, or as otherwise provided by this the Agreement.
