SCHEDULING GAMES. The PVLL Youth Announcer Coordinator conducts scheduling to ensure game coverage. Online scheduling will be conducted to ensure coverage of all PVLL games at Valmonte Field. Online scheduling requirements are to be respected and followed. Youth Announcers will be compensated at the rate shown below. In addition, Youth Announcers are eligible to receive one (1) hamburger or hot dog and one (1) drink from the snack shack at their scheduled game field (if snack shack is in operation). Youth Announcer $25 per game If a game is cancelled at the last minute due to weather and/or other reasons, the Youth Announcer will be compensated for their time as scheduled.

YOUTH UMPIRE UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: Youth Umpires are asked to report to their shift with the following: xPVLL Youth Umpire Hat (lost hats can be replaced for a minimal fee) xPVLL Youth Umpire Shirts (lost shirts can be replaced for fee) xNon-baseball logo clothing (i.e., clothing that does not contain any baseball team/logo affixed to it) xGame indicator xTennis shoes (or similar) YOUTH UMPIRE IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS xYouth umpires are to treat their position as a job and to be professional at all times. Youth umpires are reminded to keep to the job at hand and speak only to the Pro umpire when necessary (i.e., no excessive ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ g with on- field players please) xYouth umpires are forbidden to use cellphones during games they are working. You may keep a cellphone in your pocket, but you may not be on the phone at any time during the game. xYouth Umpires are required to SIGN IN for their shifts in the snack shack a t their assigned field. xYouth umpires CANNOT work a game where they have a sibling playin g during that game. xIt is IMPORTANT that you show up to work the games you are scheduled! IF you cannot fulfill your commitment, please contact the Youth Umpire coordinator IMMEDIATELY to ensure game coverage. xIf any Pro Umpire, manager, player or fan speaks to you in appropriately at any time during/after a game, please contact the PVLL Youth Umpire Coordinator by cell phone immediately.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Problem Solving Employees and supervisors are encouraged to attempt to resolve on an informal basis, at the earliest opportunity, a problem that could lead to a grievance. If the matter is not resolved by informal discussion, or a problem-solving meeting does not occur, it may be settled in accordance with the grievance procedure. Unless mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union problem-solving discussions shall not extend the deadlines for filing a grievance. If another member of management is present that person will not be hearing the grievance at Step Two, should it progress to that Step. The employee, the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or in their absence, the Local Union President, or Area ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, may participate in problem-solving activities on paid time, in accordance with Article 31, Union Rights, Section 1H.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles: (a) Such schedules shall be established by mutual agreement of the Home and the Union; (b) These schedules may pertain to full-time and/or part-time employees; (c) The introduction of such schedules and trial periods, if any, shall be determined by the local parties. Such schedules may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined through local negotiations; (d) Upon written agreement of the Home and the Union, the parties may agree to amend collective agreement provisions to accommodate any innovative unit schedules; (e) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements are based on individual circumstances and each agreement is made on a without prejudice or precedent basis. (f) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements can be utilized for temporary job postings for seasonal coverage (e.g. weekend workers, etc.).
