Scheduling Coverage Clause Samples

The Scheduling Coverage clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the scheduling of services or work under an agreement. It typically outlines how parties will coordinate to set dates and times for performance, and may specify notice requirements, rescheduling protocols, or limitations on changes to agreed schedules. For example, it might require that one party provide a certain amount of advance notice before requesting a change to the schedule, or set parameters for how often schedules can be modified. The core function of this clause is to ensure predictability and minimize disruptions by establishing clear expectations for how and when services will be delivered.
