Maximum Hours/Days. Except in an emergency, employees will not be allowed to work more than six (6) days in a workweek without a day off, nor will they be able to work more than thirteen (13) hours per day, two (2) days in a row. No employee will be allowed to work more than fifteen (15) hours in a single workday.
Maximum Hours/Days. The annual contribution of paid sick leave hours to the bank by a unit member shall be a maximum of sixteen (16). If the sick leave bank is at its maximum number of hours of 2000 hours, unit members can join and their contributions will be deducted from their individual sick leave account and credited to the sick leave bank when the bank total drops below the maximum. The maximum number of consecutive sick leave bank days a unit member can use is fifty (50). A unit member is not eligible for sick leave bank days if the member is receiving compensation under Worker’s Compensation, long term disability, or PERS disability.
