Common use of Scheduled Shift Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Shift. An employee may be called out to a specific job category and the work to be performed shall be stated in the callout. Where the work called out to perform has not been started due to High Winds, the Employee called out may be assigned Shop Work for the balance of the shift. This provision shall not apply to Employees called out to perform Belt Splicing.
