Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., Pacific Time; and (b) give Customer prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“Scheduled Downtime”).
