Common use of Scheduled Downtime Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., Pacific Time; and (b) give Customer prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“Scheduled Downtime”).

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; : (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 a.m. nine (9) p.m. and 6 six (6) a.m., Pacific TimeEastern Standard Time and weekends; and (b) give Customer at least twenty-four (24) hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“"Scheduled Downtime”").

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; to (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of (12 a.m. and 6 4 a.m., Pacific Central Standard Time; and (b) give Customer at least 48 hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“"Scheduled Downtime”").

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., Pacific TimeServices; and (b) give Customer at least 12-24 hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“"Scheduled Downtime”").

Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; : (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 1 a.m. and 6 3 a.m., Pacific Eastern Time; and (b) give Customer at least 48 hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“other than those described in (a) ("Scheduled Downtime”").

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 after 9 a.m. and 6 a.m., Pacific 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time; and (b) give Customer at least five business days prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (the “Scheduled Downtime”).

Scheduled Downtime. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to; (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 2:00 a.m. and 6 5:00 a.m., Pacific Central Standard Time; and (b) give Customer at least twenty-four (24) hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“Scheduled Downtime”).

Provider COMPANY will use commercially reasonable efforts to; : (a) schedule downtime for routine maintenance of the Hosted Services between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., Pacific Time; and (b) give Customer prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“Scheduled Downtime”).12:00

Pacific Timetime; and (bii) give Customer You at least five hours prior notice of all scheduled outages of the Hosted Services (“"Scheduled Downtime”).
