The terms used in this Agreement with their initial letters capitalized shall have, unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the meanings specified in this Schedule I. Any term used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Act. The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa, as the context requires.
