Schedule Notification. Every attempt will be made to notify all Contract and Regular unit members in writing of their initial assignment for the following academic year by January 30th. If a specific assignment is not offered to a Contract or Regular unit member, the local administrator or designee shall provide the explanation, in writing, if requested by the affected faculty member.
