Common use of Schedule Management Clause in Contracts

Schedule Management. A. Review Contractor’s preliminary schedule submittal to determine that the proposed construction schedule for each Project is consistent with the Project master schedule. Determine that the Contractor has included allowances for reasonable periods required for the review and approval of items by the Construction Manager, Design Consultant, Owner and governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
