Schedule Management. 1 Weekly Progress Meetings: Once each week, on a day mutually agreed to by the Principal Representative and the Construction Manager, a meeting shall be held to assess the progress achieved by the Construction Manager during previous work week, discuss and resolve issues affecting the progress, and review the critical activities anticipated for the following two weeks. The Construction Manager is to provide short interval schedules documenting the activities to be accomplished during the past week and the activities forecast for the next two weeks.
Schedule Management. The Professional shall review the baseline, the projected, and the monthly construction progress schedules submitted by the XXXX. The Professional shall monitor the progress of the work completed relative to the planned progress and address any identified schedule delays by emailing the AOR, EOR, NBU, and the XXXX promptly.
Schedule Management. 11.1 Without limiting the Consultant’s general obligations under this Agreement, the Consultant shall adhere to the time schedule set forth in EXHIBIT D.
Schedule Management. A. Review Contractor’s preliminary schedule submittal to determine that the proposed construction schedule is consistent with the Project master schedule. Determine that the Contractor has included allowances for reasonable periods required for the review and approval of items by the Construction Manager, Design Consultant, Owner and governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
Schedule Management. 1 Schedule Modifications: If, as a result of the monthly schedule update, it appears the Project Schedule no longer represents the actual / logical progression of the work or the Design Build Entity’s plan for prosecution and progress of the work, the Principal Representative shall require the Design Build Entity to submit a revision to the Project Schedule. Such revisions to the Schedule shall not alter any of the Project Milestone dates. .2 Schedule Impacts, Schedule Delays, Time Extensions: During the course of the Project, it may be appropriate to revise the Schedule to incorporate impacts or delay issues into the Project Schedule. If the Design Build Entity feels it has encountered schedule impacts that it feels may warrant a time extension, the Design Build Entity shall present an Impacted Schedule in accordance with the Contract General Conditions, to the Principal Representative supporting its claim.

Schedule Management. Supplier and Chordiant will jointly develop and maintain management plans for all Services, which will be made available to Chordiant at Chordiant’s request in an agreed upon format. Supplier will use industry established methodologies to track progress against plan milestones and will give Chordiant regular status updates on a weekly basis for the first two (2) quarters, and then monthly or as set forth in the Policies and Procedures Manual.
Schedule Management. An executive, project-level schedule plan that outlines the major tasks to be completed in each phase is included as Attachment 2 to this Exhibit B.
