Schedule Management. 1 Weekly Progress Meetings: Once each week, on a day mutually agreed to by the Principal Representative and the Construction Manager, a meeting shall be held to assess the progress achieved by the Construction Manager during previous work week, discuss and resolve issues affecting the progress, and review the critical activities anticipated for the following two weeks. The Construction Manager is to provide short interval schedules documenting the activities to be accomplished during the past week and the activities forecast for the next two weeks.
