Common use of Schedule Irregularity Clause in Contracts

Schedule Irregularity. This term includes - 1. Delay in a scheduled departure or arrival of a Cape Air flight, including delays which result in a misconnection: 2. Flight cancellation, omission of a scheduled stop, or any other delay or interruption in the scheduled operation of a Cape Air flight which may or may not result in a misconnection; 3. Substitution of aircraft type; or 4. Schedule changes that require re-routing of the Customer at departure time because prior notice of such schedule change had not been given to the Customer prior to the Customer’s arrival at the airport for check-in on the original flight. 5. Schedule Irregularity does not include Force Majeure events as defined herein.
